Li\u00e9 (PSD), ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Jeremoabo BA, estabelece o limite m\u00e1ximo para fins de tarifa\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o de esgotamento sanit\u00e1rio 1\u00b0, \u201cFica estabelecido o limite m\u00e1ximo de 40% (quarenta por cento) do valor do consumo de \u00e1gua para fins de cobran\u00e7a de tarifa e\/ou pre\u00e7os p\u00fablicos aos usu\u00e1rios, incluindo pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas, por parte da concessionaria do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Lei traz um Anexo com diversas situa\u00e7\u00f5es com tarifas que variam
