O conte\u00fado foi postado durante as elei\u00e7\u00f5es presidenciais de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A conta do autor do v\u00eddeo tem quase 1 milh\u00e3o de seguidores, Victor Stavale diz ser \u201csatanista\u201d<\/em><\/strong> e afirmava que apoiaria Lula nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es presidenciais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foram multados os senadores Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) e Cleitinho (Republicanos-MG), e os deputados Gustavo Gayer (PL-GO) e Carla Zambelli (PL-SP). Tamb\u00e9m foram penalizados no mesmo valor Bernando Kurster, blogueiro de direita, e o m\u00fasico Roger Moreira, da banda Ultraje a Rigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Corte Eleitoral tamb\u00e9m multou o criador do v\u00eddeo, Victor Stavale, e os influenciadores Leandro Ruschel e Barbara Zambaldi em R$ 5.000. O voto do ministro Floriano de Azevedo Marques, que divergiu do relator, ministro Raul Ara\u00fajo, para multar todos os envolvidos na dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00eddeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
