O senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) vai alterar a atual vers\u00e3o da Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC) em discuss\u00e3o no Senado para mudar regras de cobran\u00e7a de tributos em terrenos de Marinha, que pertencem \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o, e ficam pr\u00f3ximos \u00e0s praias.
