O juiz Eleitoral da 110\u00aa Zona Eleitoral, de Ribeira do Pombal-BA, acatou parcialmente a a\u00e7\u00e3o imposta pelo Partido Progressista em que acusa o prefeito da cidade, Eriksson Silva, por propaganda Eleitoral Antecipada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
A den\u00fancia \u00e9 fundamentada em postagens feitas nas Redes Sociais da Prefeitura Municipal, em que enalteciam ou promoviam a imagem do gestor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Em sua decis\u00e3o, Dr. Luiz Carlos Vilas Boas Andrade J\u00fanior, condenou Eriksson ao pagamento da quantia de R$ 10 mil, por\u00e9m julgou improcedente o pedido de condena\u00e7\u00e3o por conduta vedada ao abuso do poder de autoridade, negado assim o pedido de cassa\u00e7\u00e3o do chefe do executivo pombalense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
