O retorno das atividades acad\u00eamicas est\u00e1 previsto para a segunda-feira (21)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Os professores da Universidade Estadual da Bahia (Uneb) encerraram a greve na quinta-feira (17), ap\u00f3s 20 dias sem aulas. De acordo com a assessoria da universidade, o retorno das atividades acad\u00eamicas est\u00e1 previsto para a segunda-feira (21).<\/p>\n\n\n

A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou no final de setembro, devido a insatisfa\u00e7\u00f5es dos professores em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos sal\u00e1rios, benef\u00edcios e promo\u00e7\u00f5es. A proposta anterior do governo, rejeitada pela categoria, oferecia um aumento real, acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, mas com um \u00edndice de apenas 3,5%, dividido em tr\u00eas parcelas de 1,15% at\u00e9 dezembro de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, algumas propostas ser\u00e3o implementadas, como um aux\u00edlio semestral para garantia da itiner\u00e2ncia dos docentes, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de Projeto de Lei que vise o pagamento dos adicionais de insalubridade e a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o salaria e a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de promo\u00e7\u00f5es a partir do primeiro semestre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
