De acordo com o Blog Montenius, em um novo Processo na Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, a oposi\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade acionou a justi\u00e7a, pedindo a impugna\u00e7\u00e3o das contas de campanha da petista. Segundo a alega\u00e7\u00e3o, Patr\u00edcia informou um gasto superior ao permitido pelo Tribunal Superior Eletioral, (TSE), al\u00e9m de haver um registro de doa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte de uma doadora benefici\u00e1ria de Programas Sociais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O caso dever\u00e1 ser apreciado inicialmente pela Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral da 110\u00aa Zona Eleitoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
