O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) deu in\u00edcio ao julgamento, na segunda-feira (9), do ex-deputado Roberto Jefferson, acusado pela Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) de crimes como atentado ao exerc\u00edcio dos Poderes, cal\u00fania, homofobia e incita\u00e7\u00e3o ao crime.<\/p>\n\n\n

O relator do caso, ministro Alexandre de Moraes, votou pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o de Jefferson, com pena total de nove anos, um m\u00eas e cinco dias, a ser cumprida inicialmente em regime fechado. Al\u00e9m disso, Moraes sugeriu a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma multa de R$ 200 mil por danos morais coletivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (10), o ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino tamb\u00e9m se posicionou favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 condena\u00e7\u00e3o, acompanhando o voto do relator. Os demais ministros t\u00eam at\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima sexta-feira (13) para apresentar seus votos. Jefferson est\u00e1 preso desde 2022, ap\u00f3s resistir a uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Federal em sua resid\u00eancia no interior do Rio de Janeiro, onde disparou cerca de 50 tiros de fuzil contra os agentes que cumpriam mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
