O FBI anunciou que est\u00e1 investigando o atropelamento mortal ocorrido na Bourbon Street, em Nova Orleans, como um \u201cato de terrorismo\u201d. O incidente, registrado na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (1\u00ba), deixou pelo menos 10 mortos e 30 feridos. Segundo a ag\u00eancia, o suspeito, que dirigiu o ve\u00edculo contra uma multid\u00e3o, foi morto ap\u00f3s confronto com a pol\u00edcia local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsta manh\u00e3, um indiv\u00edduo dirigiu um carro contra uma multid\u00e3o de pessoas na Bourbon Street em Nova Orleans, matando v\u00e1rias pessoas e ferindo dezenas de outras\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> informou o FBI em comunicado. \u201cO sujeito ent\u00e3o se envolveu com a pol\u00edcia local e agora est\u00e1 morto. O FBI \u00e9 a principal ag\u00eancia investigativa, e estamos trabalhando com nossos parceiros para investigar isso como um ato de terrorismo.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antes da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do FBI, informa\u00e7\u00f5es divergentes haviam sido divulgadas.
