Contudo, o pol\u00edtico n\u00e3o foi denunciado pela Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) em nenhum dos quatro n\u00facleos de acusados de tentar manter Jair Bolsonaro no poder ap\u00f3s as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mais cedo, Moraes sugeriu a retomada da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o durante a sess\u00e3o que condenou Carlos Cesar Moretzsohn Rocha, ex-presidente do Instituto Voto Legal (IVL).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carlos foi contratado pelo PL para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de estudos para basear a a\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o partido contestou no Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) o resultado do primeiro turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2022.
