Isso porque a candidata a prefeita mais votada, Anabel de Tista (PSD), teve seu registro indeferido e os votos n\u00e3o foram validados. Ela disputou o pleito de 2016 com recursos na Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s julgamento de recurso interposto pela candidata, a Corte eleitoral do TRE-BA decidiu, \u00e0 unanimidade, manter o indeferimento do registro de candidatura e excluir multa aplicada a candidata.
