Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias investigativas e troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a da Bahia e de Alagoas, a Pol\u00edcia Civil localizou e prendeu, no munic\u00edpio de Arapiraca\/AL, Fernando de Andrade Silva, de 37 anos, foragido da Justi\u00e7a baiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

O suspeito estava em paradeiro ignorado desde 2020, ano em que, juntamente com outro indiv\u00edduo, assassinou um jovem que tentava fugir da persegui\u00e7\u00e3o da dupla em uma motocicleta. A a\u00e7\u00e3o, de car\u00e1ter pontual e semelhante \u00e0 atua\u00e7\u00e3o de mil\u00edcia, ocorreu no munic\u00edpio de Adustina\/BA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 2025, Fernando de Andrade Silva e seu comparsa foram julgados \u00e0 revelia e condenados ao cumprimento de pena em regime fechado, conforme o processo n\u00ba 8000133-71.2021.8.05.0189.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s a captura, o preso foi encaminhado ao sistema penitenci\u00e1rio, encontrando-se atualmente recolhido no Centro de Cust\u00f3dia Penal de Alagoas, onde aguarda recambiamento para o estado da Bahia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
