A Prefeitura realizou na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de entulhos e materiais recicl\u00e1veis que estavam acumulados na Avenida G, ap\u00f3s determina\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi executada pelas Secretarias Municipais de Meio Ambiente e obras com apoio da guarda civil ap\u00f3s o envio de um of\u00edcio do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico determinando a retirada imediata do material que ocupava a \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n

De acordo com a Prefeitura, o propriet\u00e1rio do estabelecimento j\u00e1 havia sido notificado em diversas oportunidades para retirar os materiais e regularizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Mesmo ap\u00f3s as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es e tentativas de acordo, nenhuma provid\u00eancia foi tomada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diante do descumprimento das orienta\u00e7\u00f5es, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico determinou a interven\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o realizada nesta manh\u00e3, todo o material foi removido do local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O estabelecimento dever\u00e1 ser interditado, e os materiais recolhidos foram encaminhados para uma \u00e1rea apropriada, onde permanecer\u00e3o aguardando a destina\u00e7\u00e3o correta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A medida busca garantir a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o urbano, al\u00e9m de evitar problemas ambientais e riscos para moradores e comerciantes da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
