A Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral determinou a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o dos mandatos da prefeita de Ipia\u00fa, Laryssa Andrade Santos Fernandes Dias, e do vice-prefeito Orlando dos Santos Ribeiro. A decis\u00e3o foi proferida pelo juiz eleitoral Hilton de Miranda Gon\u00e7alves, no \u00e2mbito de uma A\u00e7\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial Eleitoral (AIJE).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a senten\u00e7a, houve abuso de poder pol\u00edtico e uso indevido dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o durante as elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais de 2024. As irregularidades teriam favorecido diretamente a chapa eleita, comprometendo o equil\u00edbrio da disputa no munic\u00edpio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m da perda dos mandatos, a decis\u00e3o estabelece a inelegibilidade de ambos pelo per\u00edodo de oito anos, conforme previsto na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral. A medida tamb\u00e9m determina a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de novas elei\u00e7\u00f5es em Ipia\u00fa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O novo pleito dever\u00e1 ser convocado pelo Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia em at\u00e9 90 dias ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado da decis\u00e3o. O caso ainda cabe recurso e s\u00f3 ter\u00e1 efeitos definitivos ap\u00f3s o esgotamento das possibilidades legais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
