Equipes da Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Ribeira do Pombal) cumpriram, nesta quarta-feira (22), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Sergipe contra um homem investigado por homic\u00eddio ocorrido no ano de 1998, naquele Estado. O investigado, de 57 anos, foi localizado no povoado de Curralinho, zona rural de Ribeira do Pombal, em um estabelecimento comercial de sua propriedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com o registro, o Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (SI) de Ribeira do Pombal localizou o foragido e o conduziu \u00e0 delegacia, onde foram adotadas as medidas legais cab\u00edveis, incluindo a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exame de les\u00f5es corporais. Ap\u00f3s a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial ao ju\u00edzo competente, o conduzido permanece custodiado, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
