paralelep\u00edpedos e drenagem urbana no munic\u00edpio, contrato n\u00ba\u00a0\u00a0099\/2018, de irregularidades na obra.de sua responsabilidade<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: pavimenta\u00e7\u00f5es do contrato acima citado est\u00e3o em desconformidade com os itens SINAPI contido na planilha or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria da obra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na notifica\u00e7\u00e3o e feita a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o para que a referida empresa\u00a0\u00a0fa\u00e7a as cab\u00edveis substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos tubos simples aplicados na obra pelos tubos armados em conformidade com a planilha.\u00a0O prazo \u00e9 de cinco dias, ap\u00f3s notifica\u00e7\u00e3o ter ciente por parte da empresa, para que a irregularidade na obra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
