O Plano Diretor Municipal (PDM) \u00e9 uma lei municipal que orienta a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do solo, o desenvolvimento urbano e a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos e equipamentos em uma cidade, servindo como base para decis\u00f5es sobre infraestrutura, habita\u00e7\u00e3o, transporte, meio ambiente e uso do solo . Ele expressa disputas sociopol\u00edticas sobre o territ\u00f3rio e define regras coletivas para o futuro da cidade, equilibrando crescimento urbano com qualidade de vida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
