<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nUm homem, de 52 anos, condenado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, na quinta-feira (30), na comunidade de Queijadinhas, zona rural do munic\u00edpio de Araci-BA. O crime foi praticado no estado do Paran\u00e1, e a condena\u00e7\u00e3o transitou em julgado na Comarca de Maring\u00e1, em 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O homem foi localizado ap\u00f3s o compartilhamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre as Pol\u00edcias Civis da Bahia e do Paran\u00e1. Com o cumprimento da ordem judicial, ele foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial, onde passou pelos procedimentos legais e, posteriormente, ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao sistema prisional para o cumprimento da pena de oito anos, dez meses e quinze dias de reclus\u00e3o, em regime inicial fechado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A pris\u00e3o integra as a\u00e7\u00f5es da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Toler\u00e2ncia Zero, deflagrada nesta semana pela Delegacia Territorial de Araci, com o objetivo de intensificar o cumprimento de mandados judiciais, localizar foragidos da Justi\u00e7a e refor\u00e7ar o enfrentamento \u00e0 criminalidade no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
