A defesa afirmou que o pedido tem car\u00e1ter excepcional, por se tratar de uma data comemorativa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Trata-se de data singular do calend\u00e1rio brasileiro, cuja celebra\u00e7\u00e3o, ainda que por breve per\u00edodo e nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es que Vossa Excel\u00eancia entender cab\u00edveis, permite preservar os v\u00ednculos familiares e importante dimens\u00e3o da conviv\u00eancia entre pai e filhos, sem qualquer comprometimento do regular cumprimento da pena ou das cautelares impostas&#8221;, disse a defesa de Bolsonaro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No m\u00eas anterior, o ministro suspendeu as visitas do senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro ao pai, por descumprir medidas cautelares que pro\u00edbem o ex-presidente de se manifestar nas redes sociais, ainda que por terceiros.
