O crime est\u00e1 previsto na Lei de Crimes Ambientais<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, na quinta-feira (6), em Euclides da Cunha, um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um idoso de 76 anos pelo crime de maus-tratos a animais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O mandado foi cumprido por equipes do Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (SI) e do Plant\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1rio da 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial (DT\/Euclides da Cunha), vinculadas \u00e0 25\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (Coorpin).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O suspeito foi conduzido \u00e0 unidade policial, onde permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, ap\u00f3s ser submetido aos procedimentos de praxe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
