O caso foi descoberto durante o processo de registro do candidato \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia Fl\u00e1vio BolsonaroMarina Uezima\/Reuters – 25.07.2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A PF (Pol\u00edcia Federal)<\/a> instaurou inqu\u00e9rito para apurar uma suposta fraude na filia\u00e7\u00e3o partid\u00e1ria<\/a> envolvendo o senador e candidato Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ)<\/a> e o partido Miss\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A PF busca agora identificar os respons\u00e1veis pela manipula\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados e esclarecer as motiva\u00e7\u00f5es do epis\u00f3dio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A abertura da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi determinada pela presid\u00eancia do TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral)<\/a>. A corpora\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 solicitou acesso completo aos registros do sistema FILIA, enquanto a legenda foi formalmente notificada para prestar esclarecimentos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O caso foi descoberto durante o processo de registro de Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro pelo PL, quando foi constatado que ele estava filiado ao partido Miss\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s pedido da defesa, o TSE determinou o restabelecimento imediato da filia\u00e7\u00e3o ao PL e a anula\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00ednculo com a outra legenda, permitindo o avan\u00e7o do registro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com o TSE, apura\u00e7\u00f5es preliminares indicam que n\u00e3o houve invas\u00e3o hacker externa, mas sim o uso indevido das ferramentas por algu\u00e9m que possu\u00eda credenciais leg\u00edtimas do partido.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Miss\u00e3o, por sua vez, declarou ter sido v\u00edtima da inser\u00e7\u00e3o fraudulenta e tentou cancelar o registro imediatamente, esbarrando em travas t\u00e9cnicas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
