O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), liberou nesta segunda-feira (12) a retomada dos encontros entre o senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL), candidato \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia, e o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro, que cumpre pris\u00e3o domiciliar por tentativa de golpe.<\/p>\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o atende a uma solicita\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pela defesa de Jair Bolsonaro em 5 de outubro, ap\u00f3s o encerramento do bloqueio de 90 dias determinado em julho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A suspens\u00e3o foi imposta depois que Fl\u00e1vio utilizou uma das visitas para obter uma carta do pai e public\u00e1-la nas redes sociais, contrariando as medidas cautelares estabelecidas pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embora tenha permitido novamente os encontros, Moraes manteve os hor\u00e1rios, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es e os protocolos de seguran\u00e7a definidos anteriormente. Tamb\u00e9m proibiu o uso das visitas para atividades de campanha ou a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de mensagens e declara\u00e7\u00f5es do ex-presidente, inclusive por interm\u00e9dio de outras pessoas e em qualquer plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
