Al\u00e9m disso, a ministra afirmou que antes do per\u00edodo de registro de candidaturas, n\u00e3o se pode discutir legalmente a quest\u00e3o da inelegibilidade de candidatos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lula est\u00e1 preso na Superintend\u00eancia da Pol\u00edcia Federal em Curitiba desde o dia 7 de abril, por determina\u00e7\u00e3o do juiz S\u00e9rgio Moro, que ordenou a execu\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria da pena de 12 anos e um m\u00eas de pris\u00e3o pelos crimes de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o e lavagem de dinheiro, no caso do triplex em Guaruj\u00e1 (SP).
