Na manh\u00e3 de ter\u00e7a-feira, 7 de agosto 2018,\u00a0 ocorreu uma sess\u00e3o na\u00a0C\u00e2mara Municipal de Araci-BA onde foi aprovado o Projeto de Lei (N\u00b0 001\/2018) que\u00a0\u201cpro\u00edbe a apreens\u00e3o e a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo\u00a0 com o Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Ve\u00edculos Automotivos (IPVA), atrasado,\u00a0salvo se for por mandado judicial\u201d. A medida foi proposta pelo vereador e presidente\u00a0Jefson Miranda Cardoso Carneiro (PSC).<\/p>\n

\"\"Por unanimidade, a proposta de lei foi aprovada e segue para ser sancionada pelo prefeito do munic\u00edpio.\u00a0\u201cAtualmente, muitos Estados brasileiros est\u00e3o apreendendo ve\u00edculos em virtude de IPVA atrasado, logo, obrigando ao cidad\u00e3o a pagar os tributos devidos. Portanto, confiscando os ve\u00edculos de forma arbitraria, n\u00e3o oferecendo o direito a ampla defesa e ao contradit\u00f3rio como estabelece a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal\u201d<\/em>, justificou o vereador.<\/p>\n
